Shipping & Returns

Get your order. Having second thoughts? Send it back for a refund within 14 days. Simple as that.

If you’ve changed your mind about the item you ordered, that’s okay! As long as you’ve got your receipt and provided that all item(s) are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt you will be fully refunded for the amount you’ve bought it for. This means the items should not have been damaged, creased, bent, soiled or washed. We don’t refund for the shipping costs currently but we may in the future. Please email customercare@boki.uk and we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.

Production takes 3 – 10 working days, in busy periods (eg. Christmas) production can go up to 5 – 12 working days. Items are sent to the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class with next working day delivery aim.

You can cancel your order usually within 4-6 hours upon successful payment, free of charge. You will be refunded for the full amount paid including shipping. Please contact us ASAP if you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel the order. Once we’ve processed the order and started printing it cannot be cancelled. You can still send the item(s) back once received and we can refund you for the item(s). Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of shipping.

Right of withdrawal: You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

In an unlikely event of receiving a defect or faulty item, email customercare@boki.uk and we will issue a replacement or refund for you.
