
Shipping & Returns
Please read on for the full terms & conditions on our Shipping and Returns policy.
From placing your order we aim to ship your order within 14 working days. All items will be sent insured. *Shipping is available within the UK, EU and US. If you’d like to order a piece to an EU country, I’ll be able to send your order after the 7th of September. If you’d like to order to the US please pop me an email to hello@boki.uk before placing the order.
If you decide to return your painting, you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Due to the delicate nature of the artwork during shipping, the painting must be returned in its original packaging and made sure that it’s secure for shipment. The painting must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. If you need to return your painting, please contact me at customercare@boki.uk. The return shipping fees are paid by the customer.
You can cancel your order usually within 4-6 hours upon successful payment, free of charge. You will be refunded for the full amount paid including shipping. Please contact us ASAP if you’ve changed your mind and want to cancel the order. Once we’ve processed the order and started printing or packing it cannot be cancelled. You can still send the item(s) back once received and we can refund you for the item(s). Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of shipping.
Right of withdrawal: You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
In an unlikely event of receiving a defect or faulty item, email customercare@boki.uk and we will issue a replacement or refund for you.
